I have the FitFlop womens Gen-ff Leather Fisherman Sandals which seem to have really good arch support (perhaps because they are softer?) and perfect out of the box. I bought these NEO-D-HYKER on the strength of the experience with the Gen FF. They are a good fit but a bit stiffer. That is fine for urban walking although the sole is very slippery on hard wet surfaces. The main problems is there is almost no arch support and I'm left wwith a bit of foot ache. I am hoping that if I persist they will wear in a bit and soften and more support around the arch is the result.

I’m heading to Italy for 5 weeks and was struggling to find a good walking sandal that didn’t rub my toes.
I’ve worn lulu fit flops for over 15 years so thought I would try their sandal.
Should have come here first as they are so comfy and don’t rub anywhere.
Lots of soft padding under the straps.

Love these sandals and have been wearing Fit Flops since they first came to Aus. Very comfy especially as I have dreadful flat feet, bunions etc but these are so comfy and easily adjustable depending on what condition my feet are in. Would love to get them in lots of different colours as they look so good whether worn with shorts, skirt or trousers.
