All orders are shipped from Fitflop Australia HQ in Yatala, QLD, Australia.
How long until my order is shipped?
Fitflop Australia Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal (Queensland) business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery within Australia to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
For regional areas in Australia, delivery is between 4-8 days.
Deliveries to New Zealand will usually arrive within 6-27 business days.
