When Will I Get My Order?

All our orders are sent with Australia Post Express Shipping which typically takes 2 - 3 business days to deliver. For all Australia orders over $120, no fee is incurred. All orders below this threshold will incur an express shipping charge at checkout of $9.95. Unfortunately, some rural areas can experience delays, taking 8 – 10 days to arrive. New Zealand orders cost a flat rate of $20.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to the postage provider’s site. You can then enter your tracking number to see when your parcel will arrive.
