Returns are accepted up to 30 days from your order date.
- Items must be unworn or in their original condition.

We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don’t receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it later on.
- Exchanges are free, but refunds will incur a $15 postage fee.
- We've partnered with Refundid to offer instant refunds! Select it as your return option below to get started.
- When using Refundid for returns, please be aware that a $15 shipping fee and a $15 store return fee will be applied. If the returned shoes are in resellable condition, the $15 shipping fee will be waived.
- Items need to be returned in a parcel bag. Please do not stick the returns label to the box. A $15 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund if the shoes are not returned in a parcel bag and in their original packaging.
For New Zealand customers
- At the moment, we currently can't offer exchanges. Return for refund is the only available option.
- Returning the items back to Australia will be at the customer's cost.
- Customers who elect to use our returns portal will have the return shipping fee deducted from their refund.
For in-store customers
We will offer a refund or exchange of your purchase provided the following criteria are met:
- Your refund / exchange is occurring within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You have proof of purchase (original receipt) together with the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, a credit note, or exchange will be offered instead.
- The items you wish to return / exchange are unworn, unmarked and in a resaleable condition. The original packaging must also be returned in a resaleable condition.
- The item was purchased at full price.
- Discounted items can be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date.
- Items purchased during a FINAL CLEARANCE promotion are heavily discounted and are not eligible for exchange, return or credit.
Faulty items: If your item is faulty (not normal wear & tear), we reserve the right to send the item to the manufacturer for review and assessment before a refund, repair or replacement is issued.
Credit notes: Credit notes are valid for 3 years from date of issue. Treat your credit note like cash as we cannot recover your credit note details if lost.
