Promotion Rules & Conditions

FITFLOP x MONDRIAN GOLD COAST GIVEAWAY 

Promoter: Atomic Fashion Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 070 163 094), on behalf of FitFlop Australia. 

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

  1. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

 

HOW TO ENTER

To receive one (1) valid entry, entrants must:

  • Sign up to the FitFlop Australia database (double opt-in required); and
  • Follow @fitflopaustralia on Instagram. 

Bonus Entry

Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry when they make a purchase on fitflop.com.au between 17 November and 31 December 2025.  

 


PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive a Queensland getaway at the Mondrian Gold Coast valued at up to $4,500, including: 

  • Return economy flights for two from the winners nearest major Australian airport to the Gold Coast (flights must originate and be redeemed within Australia only) – valued up to $1,000
  • Airport transfers – valued up to $200
  • Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel Stay:
    • 2-night accommodation voucher – valued up to $2,500
    • Mondrian Spa Voucher – valued up to $400
    • 1 x Pair of FitFlop Footwear 

Total prize value not exceeding $4,500. 



 

PRIZE CONDITIONS
  • Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.
  • Blackout/peak periods apply and bookings are subject to availability (school holidays, public holidays, events, peak periods).
  • Flights must originate and conclude within Australia only and must be economy class.
  • Any additional costs (meals, insurance, upgrades, entertainment, additional transfers, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Mondrian vouchers are subject to the hotel’s own terms and conditions. 
  • This promotion is conducted independently of Mondrian Gold Coast, which is not a partner, sponsor or co-promoter of this competition.

 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  1. Winner will be drawn at random on Monday 5th January 2026. 

  1. Winner will be notified via email within 3 business days and announced on @fitflopaustralia Instagram Stories. 

  1. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the Promoter may redraw.

  • Entries that are incomplete, incorrect or not double-opt-in verified will be invalid.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent or non-compliant entries.
  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications (unsubscribe anytime).
  • The Promoter is not liable for technical issues affecting entry.
  • If any prize component becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be supplied (total value capped at $4,500).
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.
  • Entrants release Instagram from all liability related to the promotion.
