Official Terms & Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

1. Sponsor

The promoter and sponsor of this competition (“Competition”) is FitFlop Australia / FitFlop.com.au (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who submit an entry via the official Meta lead ad form for the FitFlop giveaway.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• The Competition is open to residents of Australia only, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to enter.
• The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this Competition, you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

4. Entry Period

The Competition begins on 25.02.2026 at 9:00 am AEST and ends on 31.05.2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the “Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form via the Sponsor’s Meta lead ad during the Entry Period.

• Entrants must provide all required information requested in the form.
• Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, unless otherwise stated.
• Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, devices, or any automated means may result in disqualification.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

• 1 x FitFlop wardrobe order up to a total value of AUD $600 (the “Prize”).

Important Prize Conditions:

• The Prize is not a gift card and is not redeemable for cash.
• The winner will be contacted by email and will be invited to select FitFlop products (subject to availability) up to a total retail value of AUD $600.
• If the selected products exceed AUD $600, the winner must remove items to remain within the prize value.
• If the selected products total less than AUD $600, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be carried over, credited, or paid out.
• The Prize is subject to product availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with similar items of equal value.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

• The winner will be announced in June and contacted via the email address provided at entry.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms, the Sponsor may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery of email notifications due to spam filters, junk folders, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues.

9. Publicity and Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering the Competition, you grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right (where permitted by law) to use your name, likeness, city/suburb, and statements relating to the Competition for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional notice or compensation.

If the Competition involves any user-generated content (e.g. comments, images, testimonials), you confirm that:

• you own or have rights to that content, and
• it does not infringe any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

By entering, you acknowledge that your personal information will be collected by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Competition and contacting the winner, and may also be used for marketing purposes where you have consented.

Your information is provided to the Sponsor, not to Meta. The Sponsor will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at FitFlop.com.au.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition if fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• tampers with the entry process,
• submits fraudulent or duplicate entries,
• acts in violation of these Terms, or
• engages in conduct that is unlawful or unfair to other entrants.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its related bodies corporate, affiliates, agencies, and representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from:

• participation in the Competition,
• acceptance or use of the Prize,
• technical malfunctions or failures,
• lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries,
• electronic or human errors in administration of the Competition.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

This Competition is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. Winner Details

To request the first name and state/territory of the winner (where permitted by law), contact the Sponsor within 4 weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

15. Meta Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to Meta.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
