Great service

I have never needed bigger than US 11, but 11 in these was too small - more than 1cm shorter than my Teva and Merrell 11's. So initially disappointing. However, the exchange process was exceptional! Super easy, fast, and no cost to me. Less than a week later I now have 12's on my happy feet! So top marks to Fitflop Australia.
