Size is wrong

I ordered a pair of Rally sneakers for my partner and the size was completely wrong. I sent them back twice. Even the biggest size available - US 10 is still small. My partner ‘a size ia 43 EUR/ UK 9 .

Instead of getting the money refunded to me - I received a gift voucher which means I have to order something else or I lose the money.

The exchange was processed quickly but I am dissatisfied with the fact that I haven’t received my money back but got a voucher instead.
