Unsatisfactory condition constant loud squeak when walking

I would like to return this purchase. I have been wearing Fitflops for about the last 15 to 20 years. The flip-flops recently purchased as above are substandard. The left sandal of the flip-flops constantly squeaks every time I take a step I’ve done everything to try and stop the squeak by . Tightening and loosening straps etc it but it is something in the soul of the sandal that is substandard to any flip-flops I’ve ever or still own. Can they be exchanged? I have worn them once only and inside my home to try and rectify the annoying squeaking noise each time I take a step can you help me please? Barbara Glatz 0488 330 111

Super comfy alternative to closed in walking shoes.

These are super cushioned & comfy. Bought them for an overseas trip which involved a lot of walking.

I’m usually a size 11, but the sizes run larger, so took a chance on the size 10 & it fit perfectly.

Love these.
