The shoes themselves are fine, albeit too small. The follow up customer service though is the worst. I followed their procedure for a return and got an error saying the ‘return label couldn’t be completed’, so I cannot find an address to return the shoes. I tried emailing on the email link they provided for queries about returns, several times, they just bounced back. I tried talking to their customer service in the ‘chat’ box on their website and got no answer. I’ve since tried another email to an address I found on their website and have no reply. So, I won’t be purchasing from FitFlop again, which is a shame as I love the shoes and would like them in a larger size. Lastly, would anyone like to purchase white size 7 surfer fitflops, since I evidently cannot return them?!

Leather, if it is leather, is much too stiff and hard! If leather was more like normal leather would be fine!

For the first time that I feel like Fitflop looks like a designer brand 😅
