WHY WON'T MY REGISTRATION PROMO CODE WORK?

If your cart has a full priced item and a sale item, the promo code will not work. You may put through two orders and contact customer service to reimburse your postage for the cost of the sale item.

WHY IS MY ADDRESS COMING UP AS INVALID?

The reason your address is coming up invalid is because it may not be registered with Aus Post. Please contact Aus Post on 137 678 to register your address, please allow 30 minutes for this to register on our checkout. Before continuing to check out, please clear your cache and history in your browser and check out should work.

CAN I ADD, CHANGE OR DELETE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER AFTER ITS COMPLETED?

Once your order is placed, it is too late. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, we offer free returns, within the terms of our Returns Policy.

HOW CAN I CHANGE A SIZE OR THE ADDRESS ON MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once an order has been placed on our online store, we are unable to amend the information.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF FITFLOP.COM.AU HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once an order you have placed has been processed, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address, and the tracking number.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a despatch notification email from our warehouse. This will include your tracking number for your goods.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for goods travelling to WA, Rural QLD and NT.

No, unfortunately the only products that can be shipped to Australian addresses are available on the Australian website.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you think that you have received a faulty product that was purchased online please contact us at online@fitflop.com.au and we will arrange for you to send the product back to us FREE of charge for a faulty assessment.

I've made a return, will you refund my delivery charge from when the item was shipped to ME?

Delivery charges are not refunded when you return items from your order. We do cover the cost of postage for the return of the item. For more information on our Returns Policy, just click here.

Caring For Your Shoes

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

We do not offer resoling or repair services for any of our shoes. This is because our footwear design means that the midsole and outsole are very strongly bonded together, and so it’s not possible to repair or replace them without damaging the footwear. Please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 342 956 or email them at online@fitflop.com.au if you need further help.

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO CLEAN AND PROTECT MY FITFLOP SHOES?

The uppers on our footwear can be cleaned and protected with any product* that is designed for use on the upper material (e.g. a product designed for leather may not be suitable for suede/nubuck). Please follow the product’s directions carefully. For the best results we advise that spillages and stains are treated as quickly as possible. *Please note that the use of a cleaner/water repellent/protector may change the colour of the leather, suede, nubuck or other materials and we recommend that you test a small inconspicuous area before applying product to the whole shoe. In addition, we can make no guarantee that use of such a product will restore your shoes to their original condition or won’t alter them in some way. For example, some materials, such as suede, nubuck and canvas, are particularly tricky to clean – so ultimately, the only way to ensure they stay pristine is to prevent them from getting dirty or wet.

CAN I JOG/WORK OUT/CYCLE IN FITFLOP FOOTWEAR?

We recommend our footwear for daily walking/strolling/non-sport use. If you want to go for a run, for example, almost everybody at FitFlop HQ seems to like athletic trainers, followed by a cool down in their favorite FitFlop sandal. In short, these shoes were made for walking.

CAN I WEAR FITFLOP FOOTWEAR DURING PREGNANCY?

As with any medically sensitive condition, we recommend that any prospective FitFlop wearer consult a medical practitioner before wearing their FitFlop shoes.

CAN I WEAR ORTHOTICS IN FITFLOP FOOTWEAR?

We believe FitFlop footwear is best worn as nature intended (socks or bare feet), however, we suggest you bring it to the attention of your podiatrist and follow their advice. Please remember that any additional feature may alter the way that your shoes behave and feel.

COULD WEARING FITFLOP SHOES AGGRAVATE A HEALTH PROBLEM? WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THEY CAUSE DISCOMFORT?

If you have any health concerns which you suspect may be aggravated by wearing FitFlop shoes, and/or experience any discomfort as a result of wearing them, then we advise you to consult a medical practitioner before starting or continuing to wear your shoes.

Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a new payment option available for online orders only. Afterpay allows customers residing in Australia to have their online orders shipped to them as per normal and pay this order off over four equal instalments, interest free. Think of Afterpay like a modern-day layby, instead of having to wait for items customers get to have the product straight away for a quarter of the price! (Or zero upfront if an existing customer)

Afterpay is being introduced as another payment option, alternative layby service, allowing you to order and receive items straightaway, without having to wait until you can pay in full for the items. Using Afterpay means you can pay your order off over four instalments, plus you can secure items before they sell out. Essentially, Afterpay is an alternative payment option to the traditional lay-by service offered instore.

Can I return items paid for using Afterpay?

All orders purchased using Afterpay must be returned through our online store, for a refund only. Orders made with AfterPay may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.
